The Descriptive Declaration of Import (DDI) and Descriptive Declaration of Export (DDE) Service, created by decree in 2014, is attached to the office of the Ministry of Commerce, with the rank of General Directorate.
In addition to the central services located in Conakry, the DDI/DDE is represented at the Conventional Port of Conakry, at the A.S.T International Airport of Conakry, at the Container Port and at various border posts in Guinea.
Our main mission is the delivery of Descriptive Requests for Imports (DDI) and Descriptive Requests for Exports (DDE) in electronic format via the GUCEG platform.

The DDI/DDE service brings together all information relating to foreign trade, to enable our operators to obtain a clear procedure, as well as adequate support, in order to carry out their commercial operations. It informs operators who want to know, for example, the frequencies of import and export by country, by sector, by geographical area, etc.
The DDI/DDE service supports the Central Bank of the Republic of Guinea (BCRG) in the economic framework of foreign currency outflows and the repatriation of revenues from exports to primary banks in Guinea.
Development of trade statistics.
Mobilization of administrative revenues to the Public Treasury account at the BCRG.
Toute opération d’importation, avec ou sans règlement financier, d’une valeur égale ou
supérieure à l’équivalent en francs guinéens de 2 000 dollars US est soumise à l’ouverture d’une DDI.
Toute opération d’exportation d’une valeur FOB égale ou supérieure à l’équivalent du
franc guinéen de 2 000 dollars US est soumise à l’ouverture d’une DDE.
Le traitement d’une DDI ou d’une DDE par le service DDI-DDE, est subordonné à la fourniture par le requérant, des pièces justificatives suivantes :

The DDI DDE service is responsible for issuing and monitoring Descriptive Import Declarations (DDI) and Descriptive Export Declarations (DDE) in close collaboration with the Central Bank of the Republic of Guinea (BCRG), the General Directorate of Customs and the National Directorate of the Treasury and Public Accounting.
